WAITLIST LAUNCH GIVEAWAY & PROMOTIONAL CREDIT TERMS

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

The Waitlist Launch Giveaway is sponsored by Restack.gg, located at [Business Address] ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are physically located within one of the fifty (50) U.S. states at the time of entry and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Void outside the 50 United States and where prohibited by law. Restack.gg will not ship prizes outside of the United States.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to participate.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on [Start Date] at [Time] ET and ends on the day our website launches, Restacks.gg can always extend this date when needed. Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

Eligible individuals may enter by:

  1. Joining the official waitlist via Sponsor's website;
  2. Submitting a valid email address; and
  3. Confirming the email address via the verification link provided.

Each confirmed email address equals one (1) entry.

5. Referral Bonus Entries

Participants may earn additional bonus entries by referring others using their unique referral link.

A referral will count as one (1) bonus entry only if:

  • The referred individual signs up using the referral link;
  • The referred individual confirms their email address; and
  • The referred individual is determined by Sponsor to be a legitimate, unique individual.

There is no stated cap on referral entries; however, all entries remain subject to fraud review and validation.

6. Entry Restrictions & Anti-Fraud Policy

Limit one (1) entry per natural person and per verified email address.

Any attempt to obtain additional entries through multiple email addresses, identities, registrations, automated systems, bots, scripts, referral manipulation, or other fraudulent means is strictly prohibited.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to:

  • Disqualify any individual suspected of creating multiple accounts;
  • Void entries generated through automation, scripts, or artificial means;
  • Invalidate referral entries deemed self-generated or fraudulent;
  • Prohibit any participant from winning, even after provisional selection, if rule violations or abuse are discovered;
  • Suspend or permanently ban accounts associated with abuse.

Sponsor's determinations regarding fraud, abuse, or rule violations are final and binding.

7. Winner Selection & Odds

Three (3) winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted after the Giveaway Period from among all eligible entries received.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Potential winners may be required to verify identity and eligibility prior to prize fulfillment. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified by Sponsor may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

8. Prizes

First Prize (1 Winner):

  • One (1) Fusion Strike Booster Box
  • Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $1,000 as of 2/28/26

Second Prize (1 Winner):

  • Set of Evolving Skies Elite Trainer Box products
  • ARV: $850 as of 2/28/26

Third Prize (1 Winner):

  • One (1) Champion's Path Elite Trainer Box
  • ARV: $180 as of 2/28/26

Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes: $2,030.

Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

9. Promotional Credit – $5 Digital Pack Offer

Separate from the Giveaway, Sponsor will provide each eligible waitlist registrant with one (1) $5 promotional digital pack credit upon official platform launch ("Promotional Credit").

This Promotional Credit is subject to the following terms:

  • Limit one (1) Promotional Credit per natural person.
  • Limited to one (1) per household, IP address, payment method, and mailing address.
  • Promotional Credit has no cash value and is non-transferable.
  • Promotional Credit may not be redeemed for cash.
  • Promotional Credit must be used within [30] days of issuance or it will expire.
  • Abuse, fraud, or manipulation may result in forfeiture of credit and account suspension.

10. Digital Pack Redemption & Withdrawal Policy

Upon redeeming the $5 Promotional Credit, users may open one digital pack on the platform.

After opening the pack, users may:

  • Request shipment of the card to their verified U.S. mailing address; after paying all fee's, processing, shipping, etc.
  • Sell the card back to Sponsor for account balance credit (if eligible under platform rules).

If a user elects to sell the card and maintain funds within their account, those funds may be used for future purchases on the platform.

Minimum Purchase Requirement for Withdrawal:

In order to withdraw funds derived from a Promotional Credit to an external personal financial account, the user must first complete a minimum qualifying purchase of at least $5 on the platform using their own deposited funds.

This requirement is intended to prevent fraud, automated account creation, and abuse of the Promotional Credit system.

Sponsor reserves the right to require identity verification prior to permitting withdrawals.

11. Compliance With Laws

This Giveaway is a promotional sweepstakes and is not a lottery, gambling activity, or wagering promotion.

No purchase is required to enter the Giveaway. The Promotional Credit does not increase the odds of winning the Giveaway.

12. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:

  • Modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair its integrity;
  • Conduct audits and identity verification;
  • Revoke prizes or credits obtained through rule violations;
  • Amend these Official Rules at any time for compliance purposes.

All decisions of Sponsor are final and binding.

13. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims arising from:

  • Participation in the Giveaway;
  • Acceptance, possession, or use of any prize;
  • Technical errors or data transmission failures;
  • Unauthorized human intervention in the entry process.

14. Privacy

Information collected is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy. By joining the waitlist, participants consent to receive marketing communications. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.
